I have to say this is the best investment I have ever made, after having my identity stolen twice. It is worth every penny. I get email and text alerts whenever anyone tries to open up credit using my personal info including SS#. I have applied for credit twice and twice they alerted me. One time before that there was a false alarm because the number was close to mine. If you want to protect yourself, make this one wise investment. You won't be sorry.

I called customer service to resolve a perceived problem. I was impressed with the level of service that I received from The Fraud Protection Group. It is very unusual to encounter someone who is polite and knowledgeable. I felt that I was a valued customer. In addition I spoke with his supervisor David, to commend The FP Group and he was equally personable. Good customer service starts at the top with great training. Congratulations on great service!
